Reduce, Reuse, Recycle – Ecofriendly Crafts for Earth Day!

Crafting is even more fun and infinitely more green when it includes upcycling and recycling. With a little DIY magic, you can transform everyday items into amazing playthings and home decor. And what better day to embrace our recycling spirit than Earth Day

When we reduce, reuse, and recycle, we:

  • Save natural resources
  • Save space in our landfills
  • Save energy
  • Reduce pollution
  • Save money

Try out one of our favorite recycled crafts for kids using everyday materials like bottle caps, plastic and glass bottles, tissue rolls, mason jars, paper cups & plates, cardboard.

Spend some time with your little ones transforming ordinary paper cups into entertaining craft projects.

  1. I love the ideas. I work in childcare and I love using recycled items for crafts. The kids learn about reusing items and they seem to enjoy the projects more than when we open a kit. I definitely see some things my students will love to create.
